Returns, Refunds & 45-Day Results Guarantee
At Senovu, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy covers two things:
(1) faulty/damaged/wrong items, and (2) our 45-Day Results Guarantee for The Eternal Crème.
1) Faulty, damaged, or wrong item (standard returns)
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

2) 45-Day Results Guarantee (first jar of The Eternal Crème)
Barrier repair isn’t instant—give it a fair try. If after consistent use you don’t feel the benefits, we’ll refund your first jar.
Eligibility

Window: Claims accepted from Day 21 up to Day 45 after delivery (to allow a real trial).

Fair try: Please use about half the jar (~50%) with regular AM/PM application.

Proof: Upload a top-down photo of the open jar showing remaining product.

Scope: One risk-free refund per customer/household/address/payment method.

Subscriptions: First delivery of The Eternal Crème is eligible.

Exclusions: Sample sizes, bundles/sets, wholesale orders, third-party retailer purchases, and gift cards.
How it works

Refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping).

No physical return required in most cases—please recycle or gift the remainder. We may request a return at our discretion.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after review.
Sensitivity note
If you experience a reaction, stop using the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund promptly, even if you used less than 50%. A photo and brief description are required.
What we don’t accept

Anti-abuse safeguards
To keep this guarantee sustainable for everyone, we use standard fraud-prevention checks (e.g., duplicate accounts, IP/payment/address mismatches, freight-forwarding addresses, repeated risk-free claims). We may request additional verification (e.g., a second photo angle) or require a physical return when risk indicators are present. We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet this policy.
