All orders are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post with tracking.

Express Priority 1 – 4 business days A$ 8.95 on orders under A$ 338 (1 jar)
FREE on orders A$ 338 and above (2 + jars)

2 | Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our studio in QLD.


3 | Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

  • International shipping will be announced in the future—subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Quick FAQ

Can I upgrade to Express after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll happily add Express Priority (A$ 8.95) or waive the fee if your order qualifies for free Express.

Do discounts affect the Express-free threshold?
Yes. The A$ 338 threshold is calculated on your order total after discounts.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Delays are rare, but if your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with Australia Post.
